Aslan
came to live with us from Wisconsin and Kirralea’s Kennel. He is our only
American born pup. He is named after the lion from the Chronicles of Narnia. He
is our youngest and often referred to as ‘little boy.’ He has been a fun asset
to the family. He loves to explore and play, but reserved and quiet (so far).
He has grown to be much larger than Teka, yet he hasn’t figured that one out
yet. He isn’t too interested in jumping up on furniture or sleeping in the bed.
He likes to burrow under furniture and chew on bones.
Aslan was in his first show June of 2006 in Hayward.
He won best puppy in class all four shows. He did quite well. He has had
difficulty walking on a leash, but with the aid of peanut butter on a long
stick, he learned right before the show how to walk correctly.
